The family owned property is well-managed with onsite English speaking staff 24/7, who provide advice & guidance and can arrange transport etc. It’s a 20 min walk to the local beach or 45 min to Benaulim beach. The town centre is an easy 10 minute walk with numerous dining options and minimarts. The rooms are large with washing machine, fridge, TV, kettle etc. The bathroom is small and in need of refreshing plus a shower curtain would help. There is a small terrace ...

„I had problems with my visa to enter India (be careful, visa on arrival is misleading, it should be "visa on arrival with pre-approval", i.e. it takes about 3 days to get a visa online from the Indian authorities). Anyway, I called the hotel and they postponed my dates of stay to the beginning of March. When I arrived in March they said they had no rooms available. The personnal was very unfriendly and the advance communication with them was very difficult. They also said they had not ...

„A great location in between Patnem and Palolem (both are walkable in 10-15 minutes) in the lovely, quiet village of Colomb. Close to some great spots to watch sunset. Clean and comfortable room, good desk space, and nice balcony. Helpful staff. Would recommend.“

„When we arrived they did not have our booking and did not have the room we booked available. We stayed overnight in a room which would been better described as a cell ! No window . When we went for breakfast nothing offered! We did not stay any longer.“

„Amazing stay at Treehouse Blue Villas. Property is well maintained, with all the required amenities such as Swimming pool , kitchenette having appliances like gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc are available. Caretaker Mr. Naresh was extremely helpful and took great care of all the visiting members. Overall , a perfect location for a family stay with beaches in near vicinity. “

„VORSICHT. Ich habe das A's Beach Resort gebucht. Aber wenn man dort ein Appartment bucht, dann landet man in A's Beach Retreat. A's Beach Retreat ist ein 5 oder 6 stoeckiges Haus und hat mit den Bildern die man so sieht nichts zu tun. Wenn man zum Strand will muss man entweder 25 Minuten gehen oder eine Abkuerzung nehmen durch einen Wald der sicher wem anderen gehoert. Ich bin dort in der Nacht in ein Loch gefallen. Das Wort Resort ist wohl ein Witz vom Eigentuemer. Es gibt nicht einmal eine ...

"Tolle Unterkunft!!! Alles absolut zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sie ist wunderschön, angenehm und sehr entspannend. Und alle sind super nett. Das einzige ist, der Service ist sehr sehr langsam. Also Geduld mitbringen! Ansonsten auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!"
