„The house is well maintained and cozy. The location is really close to Cabriolet lift and very connivence. It's a little bit old and some lights didn't work during our stay.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at this Newpark condo and would stay there again. Beautiful view of the beaver pond and Swaner Preserve. The condo was very quiet, wifi was good, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. And having a garage was great, although it might be a bit narrow for a full size suv due to some shelves on one wall (no problems with our compact suv). “

„This cabin had the best kitchen out of any rental I’ve been too. There was anything and everything I needed to cook and it was all great quality and some things looked new. There was also plenty of dishwasher pods. Some places only leave one or two. The view was beautiful out of the living room/kitchen and the windows are south facing so there was plenty of light. „The location was great, right behind the outlet mall, easily walkable to the outlet mall and the walmart was just a little further. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We didnt use the pool or gym but did use the hot tub and it was very hot, just how we like it, so it was enjoyable for us, just several buildings away so we did drive up to it.The owner was easily accessible via phone and text message when we needed him, apparently the last tenant took the parking pass. „We stayed for five nights and enjoyed this property. It is close to everything: biking and hiking trails, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. There was live music on two nights and the park is right next to the back deck. However, this also means you might not sleep in- F45 started at 8 a.m. and used large speakers for their workout, very loud and went until 10:15. Kids will be yelling in the park or from the hotel pool from dawn to dusk. This may be ok for some, but may bother others, so ...

„Our stay at this house was amazing. The house was clean, cozy, beautiful and comfortable. The location was great as we wanted a little mountain house so the kids could go outside and play in the snow. It's an exit away from Woodward where we loved to go tubing. It's also in between SLC and Parker City so going out to explore didn't seem to far away. We had a great time! “

„This is a lovely property. Plenty of room for three couples. The slightly longer drive to PCMR & Canyons well worth the trade for a roomy, two level with private hot tub. The two car garage accommodated two Jeep Grand Cherokees, one with a Thule on top. Broussard Properties is a top class host. Thank you for a terrific stay!!“
