„The place was beautiful and well kept and the ducks at the pond were awesome for the kids! The pool was a little cold so we didn’t get to enjoy that, but the hot tub was great. It was nice to stay at a place that had owners who cared about their guests’ stay. We will absolutely repeat again!“

„We are in love with 12th street house! Always clear and inviting. You will get the best good nights rest. The beds are fantastic! We have stayed there several times and highly recommend it! The host is sweet and very fast at responding and does a good job at accommodating your needs.“

„We couldn’t get into the apartment. There was NO host we could communicate with!!!! No parking area. And on a Very nosy intersection. Worst experience ever “

„Wonderful place to stay! The apartment was completely remodeled and updated. I loved the thoughtful touches of the old fashioned door knobs set in the new doors, and the brick exposed step leading to the bedroom, which remain true to the character of the building. We enjoyed being right in town so we could walk to the shops, the coffee shop, and Three Crazy Bakers was less than a block away, and it was delicious. We brought desserts home with us. We will stay here again!“

„This was the fourth time that we have booked with this property and host and it is a perfect stay EVERY time. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Thoughtful. This host knocks it out of the park. We’ll be back again and again.“

„We were in Fitzgerald for a family funeral. Our family needed and deserved a getaway. But also we needed a place to call home for a few days. We all enjoyed a little nature before and after the funeral and our days there became a bit of healing time though we didnt expect or plan on it. Our host's communication was excemebt. Highly recommended!!“

„Couldn't stay on property as it was heavily damaged. Pictures in the ad were either probably stock photos taken from another website. House was empty, roof was torn up, host would not respond when issues were brought up. “

„The only complaint was that it needed more lounge seating upstairs. If it sleeps 10 then there should be enough comfortable seating for 10 people. The property was peaceful and relaxing.“
