„Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed.“

„The location of the Vrbo was perfect. We were going to an event called Deck the Halls at Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region. Vrbo was clean, quaint and quiet. A beautiful view of Seneca Lake. We all had a great time!“

„Nice property for a couple. Would be tight with more than 2, but i believe they have another cabin nearby too. Great view of the lake. We went in the winter, so didn't use the patio or small beach firepit, but it looked nice.“

„My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night visit to Grouse Haven. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The surrounding area was beautiful and we enjoyed walking in the snow covered woods on the property. We enjoyed our time at Grouse Haven so much that we hated to leave. Phyllis was a delight to get to know and was very helpful to us. We can’t wait to make a return visit to this lovely property.“

„My girlfriend and I had a great glamping experience hosted by Dave and his wife. Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). For anyone looking for sometime to disconnect and enjoy with a loved one - We recommend this cabin for you!“

„Pet friendly weekend get away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This cottage was perfect. It was close to restauraunts, wineries, and breweries. Some hiking trails within 30 minutes that our dog loved as well. Such as the Finger Lakes National Forest. It had all items for cooking a meal at home too. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. “

„It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. “

„This was a wonderful little cabin to stay in during the winter. The inside was nice and cozy with the little fireplace, and the view outside with all the snow was beautiful. The owners gave clear check-in and check-out information that was easy to follow, and the background information about the cabin was a nice touch. „Nice place on the lake, very quiet and private, everything is included in the rental, nothing really to bring (except keurig coffee pods) Plenty of room we had a family of 8 including small children. The kitchen was a bit crowded, the furniture the house is on the older side. But overall nice place to rent. We would recommend. Thank you for your hospitality. “
