„The home was clean and well stocked, though the tap water has a strong sulfur smell so bring some bottled water if that would bother you. There are squirrels making a home in the eaves and will chatter territorially while you sit on the deck, but they're cute.... noisy but cute. We had hoped to be somewhere near the lake, but the close by lake front areas were privately owned so there were no lake views nor lake access for walks along the shore. Kayaks were available but the canal was uninviting ...

Right from the star with driving down the long secluded driveway to come up on the chalet with all the windows and the big front yard was just breath taking. The fireplace was a great asset and very convenient with both both gas and wood. The openness of the inside was great since we had all ages of us and it allowed us to all be together yet doing different things if needed. The porch and fire out outside were nice ...

„Very clean comfortable cottage. We stayed for 4 days in March. It was cold but the heat works great! The boat house is nice for playing cards etc and you can fish in Spring creek right off the back of the boat house. There was tons of wildlife. We saw a beaver, geese, mallard ducks, a porcupine, 2 mink and a muscrat in the creek. Great stay and highly recommend.“
