„Close drive to slopes and town. Couldn't figure out the thermostat but got a hold of the homeowner who told us what to do. Couldn't find homeowners number but it was there so if that could be more easily noticed. We enjoyed our stay!“

„This house was wonderful! It was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen! We loved being able to walk to the downtown area and we were just a short drive to Holiday Valley for our kids to ski! This house provided plenty of space for everyone and having three bathrooms was a bonus!! We had so much fun and would book here again!“

„After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. But that wouldn’t deter me from ...
