„Our family (4 of us) meet each Christmas in Port Kent as our son has a farm closeby on Mace Chasm road. This is our 2nd year in a row and we want to rent it next Christmas. Only problem is that there was no water-hot or cold in the kitchen. Pipes frozen. Water-hot and cold in rest of the house. Pipes need thermal tape. We were told that this often happens. There is limited access right behind the house where we were able to take pictures of the comet and gorgeous sunsets. There are many books to be read and a variety to choose from. „Such a beautiful well maintained property! It was equipped with everything we needed (except food 😆) The beds were extremely comfortable, everything worked as it should, the fireplace was warm & inviting & with plenty of wood to keep those fires burning! The only problem was, you cannot use the dvd player. It is a dvd/vhs player & is too old to work with the newer tv. We brought our Roku so it didn't matter… We will definitely be back!
