„My friends and I stayed at this adorable and HUGE home in this lovely condo complex to spend the weekend at Ski Butternut which was only like 10 minutes away. The host even left us 2 bottles of wine! It had FIVE bathrooms which is unheard of, like anywhere, and the beds were the fancy adjustable kinds. TVs and cable in every bedroom. The fireplace was so luxurious. When the living room TV was giving us some connection issues I think it was a total of like 7 minutes to contact the host/co-host ...

The layout of the house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 4 children aged 4-9). One beautiful Master Bedroom on the first floor. Two of the other equally beautiful bedrooms are on the second floor. The linens were hotel quality! The "Kid's Quarters" was located off of the kitchen/laundry room. A playroom with multiple games ...

„It was our 3rd year staying at the Playhouse and it has helped make our family vacations very magical and memorable. It’s a great place for big meals, family fun and entertainment, and super spacious. “

„We had a great time staying in the house for the weekend as a group of 10. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked. The living room couch is enormous. All of the bedrooms are bright and cozy. The views and property are absolutely stunning. Had we been fewer, we probably would have used the outdoor firepits. Barry and Alisha are lovely and helpful hosts -- they sent along a great list of food reccs ahead of time, responded quickly when I couldn't find a few things, etc. “

„The property was better than advertised. Everything anyone could need was provided and we could not have hoped for a better experience. Very large home and could easily accomodate 8 people or more. The Berkshires are magical and this home was great for out time there.“

"If you don`t prefer sugar loaded breakfast items you will have nothing for breakfast. If you don`t like industrial produced "things" to eat, all packed and served in plastic, you will have a poor breakfast. Blackberries and joghurt maybe left. (One joghurt exceeded the best before end date already)."
