„The house is very cozy and comfortable, the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated and very modern, very spacious showers, etc.. The upstairs bedroom is extremely spacious and comfortable. The lower bedrooms are generous and comfortable. The feature point was having the pellet stove, my friend likes fireplaces, and the pellet stove was close enough to a fireplace that she was happy. The host is extremely easy to work with and very responsive to messages. There is a whole host of board, games ...

„Just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and inviting cabin perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The roads leading to the cabin are rural, and the driveway is a bit steep, so keep that in mind if you’ll be driving during or after a snowfall in the area. “

„What has become a regular winter Woodstock retreat turned into something magical with the beauty, warmth and smart comfort of Nick’s home. His friendly affect and many small touches made this one of the best home-bases for me in my decades of solo retreats. Secluded, woodsy with beautiful A-Frame design but 10 minutes to either Woodstock or Saugerties. Great cooking kitchen, treadmill, great sound and entertainment or quiet nooks for writing and reading. Good heat and warm floors. Bathtub. ...

„This place was amazing. It was super spacious for my wife and myself. We were seeking a getaway from reality, to reconnect without the pressures of parenthood and the outside world. We will definitley come back again. The owner was super friendly and easy to contact. A true professional.“

„We stayed at the Lakefront Retreat for our annual ski trip with two other families. It was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space for the kids and adults to spread out, everyone loved the game room downstairs, and the lake views are beautiful. The Hunter parking lot is less than a 3 minute drive from the house so it's easy to either shuttle skiiers back and forth or to just make the quick drive to the lot and park for the day. We didn't make use of the sauna, but nothing compares ...

"Die Leute am Empfang waren unfreundlich und der Check in hat ewigs gedauert. Infos mussten wir alle selber besorgen. Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe. Es war fast alles leer und die Frau welche auffüllte konnte kein Wort englisch und verstand nicht mal der Kaffee ist leer oder es hat keine Gabel mehr. Das Hotel war gut gelegen und die Betten bequem. Wir würden nie wieder hier übernachten. Seit 5 Wochen auf Reise das schlechteste Hotel. "

"Ein super schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer welches toll gestaltet war. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Auch da Frühstück selber lies keine Wünsch offen , es war alles frisch und alles vorhanden. Eine kleine Verbesserung gibt es jedoch. Es wäre super wenn es richtige Teller und Besteck zum Frühstück geben würde und keine Pappteller und sehr keines Plastik Besteck. "
