„The directions to enter the property were clear and easy to follow, proximity to the river was unmatched, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. Wood was provided, and we enjoyed the woodstove and the fire pit throughout the weekend! Would return again!“

„Beautiful cottage. Great combination of rustic / modern appointments. Very well equipped and dog friendly. We absolutely loved having our girl there with us for the weekend. The property is absolutely serene and stunning. Pictures do not even do it justice. We were able to snowshoe the trails on the property. It was an absolute winter wonderland. „Good location for 8 min trailer to the trailhead to snowmobile. Big open living space. Ice builds up on the front step from dripping eves. Some available salt would be nice. I took my hammer to bust off 79% of the build up. The snow power needs to know to keep the driveway entrance wide, as it is not easy to back a Tandem axle trailer in when it’s only wide enough for a car“

„We have been renting lake houses throughout the Finger Lakes and ADK’s and this one was the best! The lake itself is clean, peaceful and quiet. The house offered it all- it was clean, had 4 legitimate bedrooms, a bunk bed room for the kids, an open finished basement, extra refrigerator downstairs with newer appliances throughout the house.
