„Work and vaca. Cottage was perfect.“

„I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. “

„Words can explain how amazing this place is. Everything about it is top notch - I could write a book on how awesome it is 😊😎😊😎 we weee able to fit 13 people so comfortably and never felt like we were under each others feet . Weather allowed us to be outside for cornhole and ladder ball during the afternoon and beautiful campfires at night ! None of our group had anything negative to say about any of our stay . LOVED it and will be returning at some point ! Thank you Emily and Greg ! “

„The home was clean and well stocked, though the tap water has a strong sulfur smell so bring some bottled water if that would bother you. There are squirrels making a home in the eaves and will chatter territorially while you sit on the deck, but they're cute.... noisy but cute. We had hoped to be somewhere near the lake, but the close by lake front areas were privately owned so there were no lake views nor lake access for walks along the shore. Kayaks were available but the canal was uninviting ...

„Have stayed in many rentals and this kitchen was the best stocked have seen! Would work perfectly when you can be outdoors, but tight for the number of beds when it is too cold to be outside - just how it is in the historical lake houses. Owners are phenomenal, very responsive and thoughtful!“
