„The location and house are great! Only down side to the property is a rock wall that is between the house and lake that makes it harder to access in the winter. Overall, extremely clean inside and I will definitely be coming back!“

We commented as we left that he must have watched videos or read the book on how to create a great VRBO. Good stuff:1. He's very quick on communication and answered a bunch of questions;2. Very easy to check in with a code on the front door. Lights were on and there was a garage door opener on the front table, which allowed me to pull the van into the garage and unload. „EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.“

„Visiting Oneida and enjoyed a long weekend at the house. Was traveling with my husband, 2 adult children and a friend. The house was clean and has all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and hanging by the lake. The location was convenient and nice restaurants near by.“

„House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome ...

„The property was clean, fully stocked, and perfect for a weekend away with our kiddos. The beds were super comfortable, the hosts supplied baby gates to help contain the toddler and provided recommendations of places to visit. We cannot wait to visit again “

„This is quite possibly the most perfect property that we've ever booked. Between the gorgeous view, the comprehensively stocked kitchen, and the beautiful and even quirky decorating style, this one is at the top of our list. And to top it off Heather was a joy to deal with. Our schedule caused us to make multiple booking changes, and she had no issue with accommodating us. This is now our go-to in Syracuse. “

"The hotel is located right beside a very busy highway. We had a room facing this highway and it was extremely loud the whole night because the windows are not double-glassed. So be aware and ask for a room NOT FACING to the highway when you are booking."
