„The property is very clean and organized. We had everything we needed and more. It is perfectly located less than 2 miles from the Castile entrance to Letchworth State Park. After two long days in the park, it was wonderful to have such a nice deck and outdoor furniture to relax on! “

„Not gonna lie - Didn't know what to expect when we were headed for a cornfield - But there really IS a lake here and this place was PERFECT! Immaculate, cozy, updated and very very comfy bed! The cabin is darling. Water pressure is amazing. Instructions are clear. And honestly, everything you need is right there. It felt like we were visiting a friend - highly recommend! “

„The location is remote but I guess that is the porpoise of staying here near the park, actually walking distance from Perry’s entrance. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with owner was great even though we had no issues at all. There were some options for dinning around town and in the next town. I will strongly recommend this property. “

„Everything was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The night temps got down into the 30’s but the cabin’s heater worked well and we were very comfortable. A beautiful location. “

„I honestly was looking so forward to getting away. She makes it sound so amazing in the overview. While the cabin is pretty much as pictured, the pond and property are not. There is goose poop everywhere the grass is overgrown. I should have known when i got an email the day of telling me now i have to bring my own propane tank.i asked her if it was completely secluded quickly after booking. „My wife and I very much enjoyed this property. It’s a beautifully rustic cabin that’s literally 20 feet above the ground in the trees. It’s set back in the woods but not far from the road and the town of Belfast. The place is well-built and very clean. You will need to bring outdoor chairs, your own towels and warm clothing if it’s in the cooler months. It was a great experience. “

„Very nice property close to Letchworth State Park and StonyBrook State Park. Plenty of room for our large family of 7. It was clean and we were very comfortable! Make sure to stop at a grocery store if you need it on your way. There aren’t really any stores nearby.“

„My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!“

„The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!“

„We enjoyed our stay in many ways. The quiet setting with nature was relaxing. The camp site downstream allowed us to hike back to their falls. That was more accommodating for a couple in their 70's than adventuring down the spiral steps at the cabin. Improvements - replace the sofa with recliners that work. The left recliner is broken and was wired fast to keep it from reclining. My wife has some allergies and was bothered with itchy eyes. Not sure why.“
