„Spacious house, good for a 3 night stay for our family of 5. Convenient location for visiting with family in the area. On a busy street but not noisy at night. The host is available and responsive. Check in was easy. The house itself is clean and comfortable although shows some signs of wear in places. Overall a very nice experience. “

„This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p“

„Rented this for my daughter’s wedding party. They were very happy with the place. It was spacious and very clean. Large circular driveway. Location was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Ankit the owner, was very responsive to a few questions we have. I would highly recommend for a large group stay.“

„The house was great. I came from Florida and other family members from Maryland to see the solar eclipse. Unfortunately, the cloud cover made it impossible to see the main event. Otherwise a good family get together.“

„The location is the best. Steps away from downtown area. Close to shops, boutiques, restaurants and the lake. Walked to the lake and the surrounding area. The apartment had two main bedrooms (each had 2 queen beds and an additional futon) and two full baths. The loft had two additional bedrooms. the loft area is open to the downstairs so sound does carry. The kitchen area was very large, modern and comfortable to use. „This is the most communicative host ever and in a very good way. We appreciate the special touches like water in the fridge and some snacks. Great internet and extra blankets. As others have said there is no closet or washer as suggested by the listing. However there is an awesome video game machine with 10 different games. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again! “

„Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. We had plenty of room to prep meals and snacks, as well as work on last-minute wedding projects. Also, loved the screen-in front porch! Wish we had ...
