„My family of six stayed in the Autumn Maple House over Thanksgiving weekend in 2024. The house was clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the manager was quick. It was exactly what we needed for a visit to the area.“

„As noted above, the location and property description were great. There was an issue with the wifi though, which caused too much communication with the owner and manager. We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). At one point in a text string I received "I don't know what to tell you, several other guests have had no problem" - which was not helpful at all. It turned out that the ...

„This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p“

„This was a lovely house just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. It was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 6, but could easily fit more people. The only downside was the property by the lake. It was overgrown and not well cared for. If it had been summer there’d be nowhere to sit and enjoy the lake without sitting amongst the weeds.“

„The house was great. I came from Florida and other family members from Maryland to see the solar eclipse. Unfortunately, the cloud cover made it impossible to see the main event. Otherwise a good family get together.“

„We had a wonderful weekend. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for- comfortable, clean, spacious and a quick drive to downtown! We loved that off street parking was available. The house was stocked with the basics- toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. which is always appreciated! The snacks and water were so thoughtful. The kids and adults enjoyed the space! The host was also immediately available for any questions that came up. We would happily stay here again! Thanks again! “
