„We stayed here for 5 nights and used the home as a central location to visit historic sites in Palmyra, Fayette, and Oakland township. The property is definitely remote, but it was nice to have our own space. My youngest LOVED jumping in the pond every afternoon. Well water smelled heavily of sulfur but large water cooler was provided for drinking water. „This home is far more beautiful then the pictures. Maybe they just need to be updated. We walked in to a smores package which melted our hearts. We were able to get in a little sooner then expected which was amazing. Such a beautiful property in the lerfect area. Neighbors were super nice!“

„We loved the location. Plenty of privacy and a 5min drive to a friendly town to pick-up nessesities for your stay, mom and pop diners, wine tasting or Grims grove (nature trail w/waterfalls). Its a scenic hr away from Watkins Glen / Senica lake with more nature trails and waterfalls. Loads of winery's. The bathroom door still doesn't close all the way, but the hottub works fine. „We stayed one night at this cabin, and it was lovely. Contactless check in and check out was like a breeze. Very quaint little cabin for a perfect relaxing getaway. Host also prepared a list of nearby places to see like vinyards, restaurants, hiking spots and other cool information! Host is also very quick to respond to messages. Overall, wonderful little vacation! Will definitely come back!“

„We had a great time at this property. Less than 10 minutes to Watkins Glen and the Gorge Trail. Multiple wineries with 10 minutes. Also a bunch of markers markets and local farm stores within 20 minutes. We really enjoyed exploring the area and then winding down on the back porch at night after a day out. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to explore the Watkins Glen or Seneca Lake Wine Trail.“

„Best place I’ve ever stayed at a finger lake! Cozy and comfortable cottage. A feeling of home. View was impeccable! Very clean! Just so relaxing with the family. „Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.“

„It was so quiet, peaceful and restful. It was in the middle of nowhere with trails in the woods, and wildlife all around. Close to Watkins Glen gorge, Seneca lake, and downtown. Host was extremely attentive, texting back within 10 minutes and came immediately to the cabin when I texted that there was a hole in the propane tank line. He fixed it immediately.
