„Overall, the house had a variety of amenities that were desirable and the location was close to the ski resort but there were a few issues with the house that we wanted to mention. First of all, it was not very clear that this was two separate buildings, and tromping back and forth across the icy driveway was a challenge. „This vacation home offered so much. First, the location to the slopes was under a 10 minute drive and even closer to the charming town of Ellicottville. The home is huge and is perfect for multiple families. It’s basically like having an upper and a lower with kitchen, baths and bedrooms on both levels. The home was immaculate and had games, air hockey and pinball. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this home. “

„We had our annual retreat at the house — it slept 19 comfortably. The huge table is great for games, and the open floor plan is great for a big group. The bears and other stuffed heads add some flavor, for sure. We loved the foosball and hockey and video games downstairs, and the hot tub was great after skiing Holiday Valley. We would definitely do it again! “

„I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. “

„Myself and three friends stayed here from a Friday to a Sunday for an event in Jamestown. The neighborhood is in a great location and is about a 4 minute drive from downtown. Very close to everything. The house itself is very clean and there are lots of Lucille Ball memorabilia to discover throughout. There is a nice back patio which we unfortunately were not able to enjoy since we stayed during a winter weather advisory with lots of snow. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking ...
