„The place was exactly as promoted. My friends and stayed 2 nights and attended Farm Aid at SPAC! We had a comfortable stay with everything we needed. “

„The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. Once the upgrades have been completed this property will be amazing“

„The house is very big. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen. The host and property manager were very responsive and attentive. It was a little warm but we were warned of the cooling situation and we were there on a very hot humid week. I would recommend for a group trip. close to lots to do. “

„The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete.“

„Barbara was so easy and nice to communicate with! The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Great area with a clubhouse down the road for use. Would definitely stay again! “

„We had an incredible stay at this stunning mansion with our group of friends! The six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space, while the common areas were perfect for gathering. The basement game room became our entertainment hub - who knew ping pong and pool tournaments could get so competitive? „Beautiful location. Cozy cabin. Perfect getaway for a quiet birthday weekend. Cabin was well equipted and even supplied a few things that might have been forgotten when packing for a weekend.“

„Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again.“

„We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire.“

„Sunrise Cottage on Lake Galway was what we hoped for, a very comfortable, stress free, fun place to stay while we visited Saratoga Springs. It was close to the city but still very much in the country. The neighbors surrounding us on Lake Galway were pleasant and friendly, as were the local restauranteurs and merchants. Sunrise cottage is definitely on the return to list“

„My family of 5 stayed 4 nights here after a whirlwind stay in NYC. It was just the ticket to get away from the craziness, recover and enjoy nature a bit. Overall our stay was nice, but I wouldn't rate it 5 stars. There were a few things that could’ve made it a bit nicer. The yard needed mowing pretty badly, the beds were creaky and a bit hard, and little things (like the washing machine gasket was moldy and the air hockey table not quite working) showed that a little more TLC would make this an ...

„Our group enjoyed our stay at the Bell House! The convenient location was just a 10-minute walk from the main stretch of Broadway. The house accommodated four adults easily. It had a lot of unexpected extras, like a wireless speaker and Apple TV subscription. The hosts maintained clear and quick communication. Highly recommend! “
