„The cabin is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. Towels, bedding, plates, silverware you name it there was plenty of it. There was so much space for our large group of 18 girls and sleeping arrangements were easy with all the rooms and beds. The location was ideal with a private setting yet very close to town. The owners were so kind and easy to work with. If you are looking for a place for a large group to stay look no further!“

„The Chalet was exactly what we needed for our large family to feel cozy and rejuvenated. The layout of the home allowed everyone to spread out for privacy and personal space, while also allowing ample space in the common areas for gathering together for fellowship and group activities. „Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink ...

„There was 9 of us from five states that got together for 4 days. We mainly stayed at the house with one day taking in the village. Made memories. Negative thoughts were safety and cleanliness. The bottom half of house was not really that clean. Previous guests must have had food fight as there was cheese stuck to the ceiling and pull out couch had crumbs galore in the cushions. Should have at least one flashlight for power outages and more garbage bags and paper towels. Bathroom handle down ...

„Quiet, only nature sounds when on trails and near house. Pretty private, beautiful scenery, hiking & fishing. Stargazing is incredible here, LOOK UP! My girlfriend and I stayed at David’s cottage to unplug and unwind for our anniversary. While we found ourselves using the tv as Penn state disappointed us against OSU, that was the only disappointment during the wonderful weekend we had. „We love staying here because it is scenic, quiet, comfortable, and in the most perfect location. Easy to town. Easy to summer hiking trails (and winter ski trails). Just easy. The beds are all comfortable. Having two bathrooms is a bonus. And the kitchen is well supplied with coffee makers, a plug-in hot water pot, great knives, and plenty of dishes, mugs, and glassware. The host responds quickly to messages. Highly recommended!“
