„Als wir angekommen sind, hat der Code zur Wohnung nicht funktioniert. Die Hotline war ganz schlecht zu erreichen u es dauerte fast eine Stunde, bis der Code freigeschaltet wurde. Die Inneneinrichtung ist echt billig: Kommode und beide Eßstühle wackelig. Es fehlten Föhn und Wasserkocher. Föhn wurde reklamiert, da ist nie jemand drauf eingegangen. Also mussten wir selbst einen kaufen! Im Schlafzimmer ist die Klimaanlage mit 54 dzbl. Wir hatten Zimmer 313 zum Hof. Dort brannten nachts ...

„Sounds of reggaeton in lobby…kinda cool. Works as a hotel if staying in NYC…a bit farther away from the ‘action’. Definitely you will hear espagnol everywhere you go! The people are super nice. One thing I didn’t like was the all frosted shower…maybe that’s cool for married couples…but I was traveling with my brother!!! “

„I stayed in the apartment for six weeks, felt extremely comfortable, the co-host Sonja was always very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is nice and clean. Right now they renovate the staircase but without any noice. It‘s a typical Harlem brownstone house, close to 125th Street subway Station. Looking already forward coming back next year. Thank you, Sonja, for this lovely State.“

„This apartment was just what I needed for my long weekend trip. Except for the party nearby on Friday night, which I didn’t mind because the music was great, it is surprisingly quiet. I appreciated all the little extras like coffee pods, creamer and water bottles. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again!“

„We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West! “

„Patrick and Patricia were perfect hosts, we could reach them without problems and the Appartement was perfect. Enjoyed getting to know a different neighborhood in Manhattan.“

„The photos already show the apartment. The big table, the big gas stove, the rooms. Everything is there to feel comfortable. What could be improved is that the number of plates is doubled and enough cutlery is provided. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. The residents look at you with interest. We had a lovely, relaxing week in the apartment.“

„Alles hat gut geklappt vom Check-in bis zum Auschecken, großes 1-Raum-Appartement, gutes Bett, sehr sauber, ruhige Wohngegend, optimale Verkehrsanbindung an Bus und Metro in 2 min Gehweg-Entfernung, Lebensmittelversorgung ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, bei der Kucheneinrichtung hätten wir uns Pfanne, Schneidbrett, Dosenöffner und Toaster gewünscht, sonst alles vorhanden Schneidbrett und Dosenöffner gewünscht “

The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, local bars, and many good eats. „I wanted to take my 13-year old twins and 77-year old mom on a Christmas Vacation. It was my twins first trip EVER and my mom hasn’t been to New York in ages. There is simply no better time to visit than Christmas. „Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. “

"Alles andere als schön!!! Wie in vielen Bewertungen bereits beschrieben es ist kein Hotel! Das "Hotel" gleicht eher einem Laufhaus und einem Drogen-Hotspot. Zimmer können stundenweise gemietet werden, dementsprechend auch laute nächtliche Unterhaltung von nebenan was definitiv kein "Liebe machen" ist sondern bezahlter Sex. Es gibt Zwischentüren zum Nebenzimmer. Die Türen sind null abgedichtet, heißt man hört und versteht alles was nebenan abgeht. Auch der Fernseher lief lautstark 24/7 im Nachbarzimmer, so dass wir die ganz Nacht mit der Serie "Der Prinz von Bel-Air" unterhalten wurden. Ruhe und gutes Schlafen - absolut unmöglich! Es riecht es so übel nach Marihuana im gesamten Haus. Selbst unser Zimmer hat nach Marihuana gestunken, man hatte das Gefühl, dass man gleich auch high ist, wenn man den Gestank nicht aus dem Fenster lässt. Beschwert haben wir uns an der Rezeption nicht, da wir mitbekommen haben, wie sich ein Gast beschwert hat. Er wurde nicht ernst genommen, nach einiger Zeit wurde ihm auch nicht mehr zugehört, es wurde sich lieber mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Der Gast fragte nach dem Manager und nach dem Namen der Mitarbeiter. Manager gäbe es nicht und die Mitarbeiter waren auch beide namenlos. Dem Gast wurde dann mit der Polizei gedroht. Wir sind der Meinung, dass auch Familien mit Kindern da buchen würden und das müssen Kinder definitiv nicht hören, riechen und sehen. Leider kann ich nicht alles hier schreiben, daher: Haltet euch von diesem "Hotel" fern!!!"

"Das Hotel ist echt TOP in Ordnung!! Sauber und ordentlich. Leider kann man fussläufig nichts machen, man ist auf ein Uber/Taxi angewiesen. Aber das ist für mich total in Ordnung gewesen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen ‼️"
