„The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future “

„This place was great for what we needed, and only 20-30 minutes from Dreams Park where baseball tournament took place. The only negative comments I have is that this place needed some cleaning. The floor of the bedroom with the two twin beds was not fully cleaned, it had lots of dust at the corners of the floor. Seems like it just was not thoroughly cleaned. The furniture surface was very cleaned though. The other area that I could not enjoy much was the side outdoor deck. I came out one nice ...

„Everything about the description was spot on more! It's a lovely house, very close to Cooperstown and very near Ommegang Brewery is just down the road. The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO. „My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. “

„Enroute to the motel, I took a look at some prior reviews and got real nervous. Luckily, I found them to be very misleading (false even.) Cons - Entering the room (#1) it smelled like cigarettes. The southwest corner of the ceiling looked like it could fall in. The shower is very small. The commode space is even smaller. There was no soap provided. The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap! ...

„We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!“

„We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!“

„In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on.
