„Partner and I had an outstanding three-night stay at the cabin. Very clean and very cozy. Loved the interior decoration. The beds and couches were very comfortable and the jacuzzi made it even more relaxing! Highly, highly recommended for a quiet getaway in this region, with one caveat. Be warned that, for us, the running water (which is well water) smelled strongly of sulfur. It's clean water, but the smell was potent at times. „We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous loft, in a perfect location in the charming village of Sharon Springs. The hosts have created a warm, comfy, top-notch apartment in an historic building. We loved the soft bedding, towels and robes. Little touches like coffee, tea and spices made our stay effortless and relaxing. Thank you, Maria and Mike.“

„We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!“

„We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.“

„Cute house with lots of room for the family. The house was very clean. It did not say in the listing to bring your own towels so I missed that part. Thank goodness we wound up only staying one night. We did have to make our own beds as well. That is why they get 4 and not 5 stars. “

„This is a beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views. We stayed here in October when all the foliage was at its peak. The host was so nice and so easy to communicate with. The house was cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed in and stocked with all the amenities such as towels, toiletries, washer and dryer, etc. “

„We had a wonderful Christmas at the farmhouse! With the snowy landscape, it was magical, beautiful. The house is so charming, and the host had decorated it for Christmas. I expected it to be very cold as the temps were in the low teens, but the owner had taken extra steps to keep us warm. „Our family stayed in this nice home during a very cold week in Fort Plain (-3 outside). The house looked to be recently remodeled, was very clean, and had very modern amenities and appliances. The furnace/radiator struggled to keep the first floor warm without space heaters, but the upstairs sleeping quarters were very comfortable with the heating system running and the space heaters provided by the host.
