„Your property was the absolute perfect spot for our family to gather for my son’s wedding, at not to far, Ventosa Vineyards. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms made it so much easier for everyone to have their own space getting ready for wedding rehearsal and on the wedding day. Coming from the Buffalo area, and most of us being big Buffalo Bills fans, the large screen tv in the sprawling living area, made it wonderful for us to watch the Bills win on the first night we checked in. „House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there.“

„Great house for the five of us. The dock was short for my 19 foot fishing boat, but we made it work. If the wind were in the other direction it would have been better.“

„The home is beautiful and the scenery gorgeous. The only recommendations we would have is that the living room furniture is not comfortable for spending any significant time in but the screened in porch is lovely. One minor item is the silverware- several knives and forks were damaged due to the plastic handles. Metal silverware would be a great replacement. Otherwise it was a great place to enjoy all of our classmates. We never left the entire weekend. “

„Rented this cottage for a weekend getaway in Fingerlakes region. This cottage was a perfect in every way!“

„We were in town to attend the It's A Wonderful Life festival in Seneca Falls, and we used the Blue House as a home base for our extended weekend. The house was beautiful and welcoming; large and comfortable for our "down time" between activities. Dennis was a great host, checking in on us beforehand to make sure everything was fine. We hope to return to the area, and certainly hope to return to the Blue House when we're there!“

„It was very relaxing. The place was very clean and accurate described. Ann Marie was very nice and very helpful. She willingly shared her knowledge and her grapes and plums as well. The only disappointment was not being able to catch a salmon. One day I will. The place itself is all I expected from a cabin on a lake. And for us the stair climb wasn’t that difficult. Loved the use of the rowboat and canoe.i definitely would stay again. We enjoyed.“
