„The location couldn’t have been better. We had to shovel out the all the exits (in case we needed them) and lucky we had a shovel with us as there were none there. Other than that, the place was perfect for three old ice fishermen. “

„The Seneca River home was a pleasure to stay at for my wife, family and I while we visited local family in the Baldwinsville area for Thanksgiving. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The property was exactly how it was described on the VRBO web listing We look forward to staying again !“

„Visiting Oneida and enjoyed a long weekend at the house. Was traveling with my husband, 2 adult children and a friend. The house was clean and has all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and hanging by the lake. The location was convenient and nice restaurants near by.“

„The home is beautiful and the scenery gorgeous. The only recommendations we would have is that the living room furniture is not comfortable for spending any significant time in but the screened in porch is lovely. One minor item is the silverware- several knives and forks were damaged due to the plastic handles. Metal silverware would be a great replacement. Otherwise it was a great place to enjoy all of our classmates. We never left the entire weekend. “

„We got the house to celebrate the end if winter break and celebrate my kids doing well in school. The house was veey clean, homey and inviting. We all had a good time. The host was responsive in a timely matter when we reached out. “

„Zack was an awesome host, great communication. Super convenient location. Buried in all of the reviews, which I admittedly did not read was that the location is above a bar/restaurant that plays music. We attended a live music venue next door, so it was not an issue with us at all. Thanks Zack!“

„Check in was great. The property was great. The view and location was great. We watched lots of sailboats and geese in the water. There was a huge hot tub for us to enjoy. We BBQ'd on the grill and had plenty of dining seating indoors and out. Also a nice propane fire pit to sit by sipping on our wine the host left for us. There was not a pool like the listing said but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would stay there again. on our wine “

„Absolutely amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about this place!! They owners are so thoughtful to have literally everything you can possibly think of for you in this room!! Dining options in area are also great, and grocery stores a mile away! Highly recommend, can’t say enough good things about this place from communication to cleanliness! Amazing stay!!“

„We recently stayed here to attend a Syracuse football game. Check in was simple and the instructions came the day before via text. The place had enough space for the 5 of us. Beds were quite uncomfortable. The window AC units caused it to be very loud at night as you could hear outside noises quite clearly. Neighbourhood was not the best but we did not feel unsafe. Overall, home is old and dingy and could use some updates for comfort but is not misleading based on photos. Check out process was ...

„Property owner Meghan is a dream to work with. Great communication and she left the lights on for us to get in late for check-in. House is perfect for folks traveling with kids and dogs. Tons of play items, kiddie table, unfenced yard space, and furniture is already funky so perfect for dogs. We did not care for the rain shower style faucets, but had great hot water/pressure for our showers. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking meals and we loved using the high end AllClad/Staub Cookware. ...

„The location and house are great! Only down side to the property is a rock wall that is between the house and lake that makes it harder to access in the winter. Overall, extremely clean inside and I will definitely be coming back!“

"The hotel is located right beside a very busy highway. We had a room facing this highway and it was extremely loud the whole night because the windows are not double-glassed. So be aware and ask for a room NOT FACING to the highway when you are booking."
