„…. Well, not exactly in “woods” but a very private setting , and for this “nature lover” traveler it was a great find. The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also. It is cabin-like and not modernized - almost like it is stuck in time - but it was a warm and cozy place to come back to after day time site seeing - visiting Cornell, Ithaca, tons of parks and waterfalls - lots to do and see in ...

„We came for a hockey tournament and wanted to bring our dog. House was great - beautiful view of the lake. Easy drive into town. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, they really enjoyed the hot tub! My favorite part was the master bathroom, what a great shower and the heated toilet seats were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. Great host - very communicative!“

„We all had a wonderful stay at the home across a long weekend. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The kitchen has plenty of space for many people to cook. Living room comfortably fit 12-18 people and the temperature was comfortable.Only thing to note was the piano was fairly out of tune and the trundle pull out was a bit dirty but otherwise everything was clean.“

„EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.“

This cottage worked out perfectly - it was plenty warm, the backyard and patio are private and lovely, and the cottage is spacious with helpful features (great buffet shelving near large dining table). „The property was very clean, welcoming and accommodating. Space for multiple people. The hot tub was amazing during the winter months and the view of the frozen lake was lovely.Extremely comfortable here would definitely come back. The stairs are the only hindrance to any elderly otherwise would love to stay here in the summer as well.!!We had an excellent open fast, responding communication with the owners who are also very accommodating.“

„Annual girls weekend for 5. This was a new location this year instead of the beach...The serene surroundings were perfect, a little chill in the air and the town of Skaneatles is charming. Basement bedroom did not have adequate heater flow and the overall cabin needed a good clean and some recaulking but we enjoyed the rustic accommodations. Thank you for a great getaway.“
