„The house had room for all of us, spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. We enjoyed the large open kitchen, well equipped for making big meals, and especially loved the walk in pantry with sink, oven and coffee bar. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms deluxe. Large couch and huge TV in living room with cozy gas fireplace for us to gather and relax. Located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to get to local attractions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.“

„We had a wonderful stay! The property managers were wonderful. We stayed the night for a birthday celebration and they made the experience extra special. Will definitely return!“

„This house is an architectural gem with great views to the Hudson river and very close to Dia Beacon and really nice hikes. We were a group of 7 and really enjoyed our time together during our stay. Jeremy was really nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this house.“

„Perfect location, we were there for a tour of CIA but it was an ideal location for exploring the area. Loved Rhinebeck Village! Owner was awesome, would stay again.“

„Nothing negative to say really. Booked this house for 20 guests and it fit us all comfortably. Everything was clean and loved the way this house was layed out. Lots of room and many things to do even inside the house. Huge backyard. Host was very kind. Not many things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags for 4 days with 20 guests as well as no washer and dryer as it’s listed.“

„Perfect spot for a get together with friends... kitchen, dining room and living room all connected so you're always together and not missing out on the fun. Comfy couches and plenty of space for large board games.“

„very old , small, unfinished house . with 26 people as listed you would not have space to walk in the house . Unfortunately due to weather we couldn’t even stand out in backyard , so was pretty congested living for us. This house is more for campers, bachelor groups rather than family . Negatives- 1. No seatings in the house - all together you will have 1 small Futon sofa to seat in the house . Rest need to bring plastic chairs from basement. 2. Unfinished flooring - Flooring in both properties ...

„We enjoyed our stay. The host is very responsive. The location is 30 minutes from Beacon, 10 minutes from Poughkeepsie and 2 hrs from NYC. The office was a nice feature and the house has great WiFi. “

I’ll be back to stay here again and the host Michelle couldn’t have done more. Having had a few disappointing stays in other properties of late, this was a welcome game changer!!!“

"Perfekt, vor den Toren von NYC und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Outlet. Sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist klassisch amerikanischer Durchschnitt, nicht überragend, aber leckere Waffeln. ;-) Wer nicht uzm Abendessen fahren möchte, kann sich ins Hotel liefern lassen und im Gemeinschaftsbereich essen. "

"Hotel in Middletown, einem Ort der mehr für die Durchreise geeignet ist. Am Wochenende eingecheckt, daher relativ hohe Preise, dafür sauber, freundlich. Pool vorhanden, Continental Breakfast mit einigermaßen gehobener Auswahl."

"Ein super schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer welches toll gestaltet war. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Auch da Frühstück selber lies keine Wünsch offen , es war alles frisch und alles vorhanden. Eine kleine Verbesserung gibt es jedoch. Es wäre super wenn es richtige Teller und Besteck zum Frühstück geben würde und keine Pappteller und sehr keines Plastik Besteck. "
