„Booked this gem a month or so out and was absolutely impressed with the home. Kris was awesome! I texted her a couple times with simple questions and she called me within 5 minutes every time. She is great! My son also left his hat at the house and she found it and is shipping it to me. Home is VERY clean and felt brand new. It was our first time staying off the lake so we werent sure if we would like it. Loved the walking distance to the Golf Club for dinner and into Bemus for fun. Neighborhood ...

„Myself and three friends stayed here from a Friday to a Sunday for an event in Jamestown. The neighborhood is in a great location and is about a 4 minute drive from downtown. Very close to everything. The house itself is very clean and there are lots of Lucille Ball memorabilia to discover throughout. There is a nice back patio which we unfortunately were not able to enjoy since we stayed during a winter weather advisory with lots of snow. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking ...

„House is nice. Beds are rather comfortable. The only problem is the kitchen supplies aren’t the greatest. The skillets there is only 2 and one of them is all rusted and the other is all chipped. No bigger pans either had to run to the store to get a pot to make spaghetti in. “

Everything about it is top notch - I could write a book on how awesome it is 😊😎😊😎 we weee able to fit 13 people so comfortably and never felt like we were under each others feet . Weather allowed us to be outside for cornhole and ladder ball during the afternoon and beautiful campfires at night ! None of our group had anything negative to say about any of our stay . We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. “
