„Originally from Erie, family traveled from CA, NC, State College and greater Philadelphia area to visit with 94 yr old grand father. House was great and the kayaking and deck views spectacular— even in the rain. “

„We spent a couple of fall days in this cozy cottage with a wood burning fireplace. We cooked our meals and had everything we needed. It was too cold to kayak on Findley Lake but we did sit on the dock and in the boathouse to enjoy the sun. Lake Erie and Panama Rocks were nearby so we did some hiking. Just as we were settling in, it was time to leave.“

„Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others.“

„ Traveled here for my dads 62nd birthday! He loves fishing. This property was so BEAUTIFUL..it was in the prefect location and really well kept. The Host provide addition household items..(coffee.condiment) and there were plenty of resources around to meet our needs. WOULD STAY AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

„Lovely spot for fishing and local recreation. Near creek shoreline recently restored and stabilized with tree plantings which is ideal for trout fishing. House has everything you’d want for modern cabin. Come and you’ll want to return again. “

„Amazing! We like the house, we used it for 3 times in different years! When you looked in the garden, the little squirrels played together, we like this animals! In the morning sitting a rabbit on the medow! You can on this place wonderful relaxing! Stephanie is a very fine person! Thank you, it was great! Ellen and Stefan“

„The place was overall comfortable, but left a little to be desired in expectation. It's the shoulder season and freezing at night. We didn't arrive until after dark and it was 53 inside. I was raised not to go to sleep with electric space heaters on, but that seemed to be the only working provision. The gas did not appear to be turned on“

„My husband and I had a wonderful weekend celebrating our 33rd anniversary. The cottage was wonderful. The little touches mean so much. From the coffee and flavored creamer to the fall decorations, everything was perfect. The staff at the winery was delightful, not to mention the free bottle of wine! Hopefully we will be back next year! Thank you!“

„With a vineyard and garden in the backyard this house is perfect. We were able to watch restoration of the lighthouse across the street and had a wonderful view of Lake Erie. The house is also perfectly located for quick day trips to Buffalo, Niagara, and Chautauqua. “

„Short family getaway to watch our daughter play tennis at a nearby college. Would vome again forca winery tour. We were able to visit 4, but there are so many more in the area. If you like sweet wine and wine tastings, this a a great place to be. Property is gorgeous! Lots of big spiders, but only on the outside. Host wad super accomodating. Operyy“
