„This place was a great place for us to stay on our vacation. Secluded outside of the city, and a short drive down a gravel road, it really feels that you're lost in the woods, but in a good way. If you're up to visit the Gunks, Angry Orchard, the Hudson river, love the beauty of the outdoors, and have other family or friends to visit in the area, definitely consider this home. Host was very responsive and had everything ready for us.“

„We were in the area for a wedding. The house was great. Hot tub was fabulous. Beautiful couple of days. Just one note for safety: the metal railing on the left side of the steps from the driveway heading up to the house is coming loose or rather, is very, very loose so as to not be useable. Just could be a bit dangerous particularly at night. Otherwise, was absolutely lovely.“

„We had a wonderful. visit. The fall color was beautiful. The house was very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen was updated. We did not like the general neighborhood and the beds were not comfortable. “

„We enjoyed our stay however, the listing states all the beds are king sized and only 2 are. The other 2 are queen. Also (note for host) we forgot a pair of sunglasses and would like to have them mailed back if they are found, could you contact me if possible.“

„The house was very nice & historic as advertised. I never had to contact the property manager but when I did contact the owners, I got an immediate reply. We didn’t realize there wasn’t “on site” parking, just street parking but not really an issue. The only thing I had an issue with was the heat, we were so cold in there. However, I live in FL so if it’s under 75, I’m freezing! We didn’t bother calling the owner, not a big deal. “

„Charming. Peaceful. Beautiful. Well-designed. Well-stocked. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is the ideal getaway for an individual or couple. Hope to have a reason to return soon! “

„This property was even more beautiful than it appeared in the photos. The wooded backyard was also spacious and lovely. We were so happy with the view of the lake and how peaceful the space was. The owners are easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. We will absolutely be going back. “

„Perfectly adorable house that was ideal for our brief getaway. I wish we had been able to use the kayak/canoe but time was tight. The only issue was the driveway which had me holding my breath a bit but luckily we were careful and managed without incident.“

„Overall cabin was clean and exactly as advertised. Easy to get to and a lot to do within surrounding area (30 min). “

„The home is nestled in the woods and surrounded by amazing boulders . The mid century home is comfortable and stunning . We stayed at the house for a quiet weekend visiting friends in the area. The home is well equipped and a joy to stay and relax in . The area is a hikers dream and there are many amazing places to explore . The working fireplace adds a magical atmosphere. We hope to visit this property again . “

„The description of the property was accurate; however, a few things surprised me that would have affected my decision to book or not. First, the house is located beside a busy road where traffic is moving all hours of the day and night at 35-55 mph. For some, this isn't a big deal. For others, it's not as quiet as described. „Very comfortable and clean house that accommodated the 20 of us well. Upstairs rooms all have adjoining bathrooms. However there is no bathroom in the basement or in the bedroom above the game room. Since the closest available bathroom was on the first floor these bedrooms were somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay with lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodations.“

"Wir waren eine Nacht im Sleep Inn. Das Zimmer war gut und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch mit Plastikbesteck und Papptellern. Die Auswahl war ok und man wurde satt."

"Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und daher perfekt für eine Nacht. Was uns gestört hat, ist der Zug, der sehr laut war. Die Ohrstöpsel werden an der Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellt. WLAN funktioniert zwar an der Rezeption aber nicht im Zimmer - leider."
