„Very large room and bed with sofa, dining table and small kitchen with a fabulous view of the Meteora. Although located in a new part of town it was in fact only 10 minutes walk from the centre which has an abundance of cafes , bars and restaurants. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The location is new and, as at June 2024, not properly served by my car satnav or my iPhone map. However google maps worked and the manager sent a link to the Google map app to guide us in. „Wir sind sehr angetan von dieser Unterkunft und der Vermieterin! Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und wir wurden herzlich begrüßt! Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber! „Our first impression was that the vrbo site doesn't do it any justice! It may be small in places, but it had plenty of room for my wife and I. I was impressed with the look and workability. We took advantage of the back patio. Bed was firm and very comfy! The location was great because it was away from the noise of the tourists and traffic of Kalabaka. But it was only blocks away. „What a beautiful property! Excellent location, scenic and great start to our visit of Meteora. Host was excellent with his recommendations for breakfast and meals in the area. Extra personal touches like that mean a great deal to us! Highly recommend to anyone coming here!“

„We absolutely loved our time at Meteora! The house indeed had a majestic view, with even an attached sun room/lounge near the entrance where we could sit and watch the sun rise over the rock formations. Nikolaus was also a wonderful and helpful host. He only spoke Greek and we only spoke English - but all was well with Google Translate. We would definitely recommend this to a group of friends or family!“

„From my interactions with the owner to the home and the breathtaking views from the property— our stay at Rock and Stone was wonderful. It was comfortable had everything we needed and was very close to one of the trails to the monasteries. We enjoyed cooking at the house as well as walking into town. An excellent and memorable experience. I highly recommend it!!“

„Petros made the communication very easy and we got a lot of information in advance. Once we arrived, we started feeling comfortable in the house and wanted to stay longer. The view is beautiful, the house is well equipped and the town centre is only a walk away. We enjoyed table tennis in the basement and the short distance to the monasteries. Back at home, we cooked in the kitchen or relaxed on the comfortable couches. Everything was as expected or even better.“

„Electric range and washer were out of order. There was no microwave either. It was too inconvenient to cook only with a coffee pot. The owner asked me to turn on only one circuit breaker between kitchen one and bathroom one when we need. We had to keep both circuit breakers turned off while we do not use them upon his request.“

"Es war alles hervorragend, leider nur eine Nacht verbracht. Jederzeit wieder. Kompliment an das Hotel, vom Personal über die Großzügigkeit der Anlage und der Zimmer, fantastischer Pool. Perfekt, würde eher 5 Sterne verdienen! Wir haben danach auch gleich das Amalia Hotel in Delphi gebucht! "
