She had the Casa equiped with everything we needed to spend time on the beach, which was our prime objective for this great vacation. She has done a fantastic job with the art on her walls and everywhere. I loved her decor. And her property manager was extremely helpful right up to getting her car and giving us a little tour of the nearby ...

„Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. „We spent Easter weekend here, and made memories that will last a lifetime. Nikki was wonderful (Property mgr) Punta Allen is about as authentic as it comes. We swam in the ocean each morning, and had the best Easter Egg hunt on the property. Thank you for sharing this place with us. 5 stars!“

„The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. Transit was extremely simple, so we’ve got to see any of the beaches in the ruins at Tulum within 20 minutes. We felt extremely safe and the locals were very hospitable. „We spent a delightful six days here. We chose the location because we knew we wanted a quieter community than in Tulum and that we didn't want the all-inclusive hotel scene. We found four free cenotes within walking distance including one right across the street. It was a very short drive to the beach. And we appreciated the local restaurants just a mile away. The house was comfortable, clean and quiet.“

„2 weeks in this quiet home not far from a sweet Mexican town, cenotes, and beaches. The owners were easy to communicate with, and Manuela (the manager) met us. She was just a phone call away if you need anything. There’s also an incredible chef, Adela a 5 minute walk from Villa Kuxtah. In our experience, Villa Kuxtah is perfect for a couple, 2 couples or a family. We only rented 1 of the 2 bedrooms that are available so can’t speak to the 2nd bedroom. „We really enjoyed our stay at casa Yolanda! The location is different from what vrbo says, it is not an 8 minute walk from the beach, it’s about a ten minute drive. You will need a car to stay here ( recommend Manuel rent a car in Cancun). Billy welcomed us at the property and showed us around. He even hooked us up with bikes to ride around while we were there. „Cette casa n’a pas la télé ni de radio mais elle a le wi fi. Propre et confortable Malia les coussins du divan auraient besoin de rafraîchissement et les coussins d’être nettoyés. Les persiennes en verre des fenêtres laissent pénétrer le bruit de l’autoroute. Les lits sont confortables . Il y a y tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine ( vaisselle chaudron poêle ustensiles etc) la douche avait une très bonne pression d’eau et il y avait assez d’eau chaude .
