„Wir waren 10 Tage zuvor in einem anderen, ähnlich bewerteten Hotel in Charlotte Amalie und erwarteten demzufolge eine ähnliche Erfahrung. Diese wurde überaus positiv übertroffen. „Das Hotel hat eigentlich alles um ein SpitzenHotel zu sein. Aber... Ich fand daß Personal an der Rezeption eher mürrisch als freundlich. Ich finde ein Hotelzimmer in dem gegessen wird also mit Küche sollte mehr als alle 4 tage gereinigt werden, der whirlpool war total überchlort und der fitnessRaum war eher eine Ansammlung von 3 laufbändern 2 Fahrrädern 2 crosstrainern und kurzhanteln bis 15 Kilo. „Pirates Pension at Bluebeard's Castle is a great location for a visit at St Thomas. Situated on a hill above Charlotte Amalie you get a great view of the cruise ships and other boats in the water which is within walking distance. It is a hill, so walking is down and up. Nice location with nice rooms. A little noisy on weekends from the restaurants at the port “

„Das Hotel und der Service waren gut, Leider wurde das Restaurant gerade umgebaut. Dies wurde bei der Buchung mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Das Angebot an Mahlzeiten war somit sehr eingeschränkt. Am Independence day wurde ein Buffet angepriesen, welches jeder Beschreibung spottet. Die allgemeine Lage ist gut, Red Hook kann sogar zu Fuss erreicht werden (ca. 25 Minuten).“

„Die Ferienwohnanlage liegt direkt am Meer...einfach wunderbar! Jeden Tag Meeresrauschen und ein unvergesslicher Ausblick. Die örtliche Nähe zur Stadtmitte (ca. 5 Gehminuten) ist sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung war Top eingerichtet.“

„The Host was spot on with detailed information and answered all my questions. The property was exactly as described and very clean. We sat on the covered porch each morning listening to the waves and marveled at the beautiful views. Although you do not need to leave the resort, we did visit Magens Bay Beach and Trunk Bay Beach. Both were gorgeous. We traveled via taxi which are easily available at the resort. It was a perfect vacation spot for us!“
