„Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!“

„We loved staying here! Perfect location for any and all outdoor activities on the rivers and springs. We loved relaxing on the floating dock and sitting around the fire in the evening. Lisa and Mike were extremely hospitable and communicative. We can’t wait to stay there again! “

„The host's were very friendly and available. The property is in a great location and easily accessible to many natural attractions. The main road has a nice bike / walking path towards town. This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. The above ground pool was welcoming but not ideal for getting in and out of at our age. There is a small bathroom with a shower ...

„This was a peaceful place and had beautiful views of the lake. If you're trying to get away from a busy city - stay here. The decor is nice, beds were comfy and the host was attentive. She thought of everything!“

„Cute tiny home for us to retreat in the evenings after visiting with our daughter, son in law and 2 grand daughters. It was perfect for us in a private country setting to find our quiet place from the busy home of our kids. „The apartment was very nice and comfortable for our stay. The owner clearly communicated and check in and out was super easy. We went to Mill Creek Farm the retirement home for horses which was so wonderful and I highly recommend. We also really enjoyed a brewery and winery near by (about 10 min drive) Daft Cow and Beaker. The coffee shop I'd recommend is Doxa (about a 5 min drive). Downtown Alachua itself was a little disappointing. It's unfortunate that there aren't more shops and restaurants ...

„We loved staying at the Tipsy Turtle. The Ichetucknee river is one of our favorite places to visit. We did multiple float, snorkel, & kayak/SUP trips all from the Tipsy Turtle dock or the TREPO parks. We'll definitely be coming back.“

"Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es wurde Frühstück angeboten, wenn etwas all war, wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt, obwohl einige nachfragten und das Ende der Frühstückszeit noch 1 Stunde entfernt war."
