„Staying here was a lovely experience; the house was clean, and having such a beautiful backyard in a quiet neighborhood was great. Was also in a very convenient area, close to lots of amenities and close to UF. Would absolute recommend this gem of a place.“

„We enjoyed the springs, nature walk, cedar key, downtown high springs ice cream. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. The outdoor deck was wonderful to sit in am with coffee and evenings to relax. We would stay again. Our host was also very kind and responded quickly. “

„We had such a great spring break at Confluence Cabin. The location is awesome, a perfect outdoor getaway. We appreciate all the kayaks and canoes. We saw tons of wildlife. The house was clean and really loved the well-stocked kitchen. We will back!“

„The family and I were in town for the Georgia baseball weekend and well, that was ugly. And I’m not talking about certain fans behavior. On the bright side, the property manager Carlos was accommodating and a breeze to work with. Thank you! The property was tucked in at the end of a quiet street and satisfied all our needs, though I will echo another comment about the living room furniture being a bit lacking (perhaps due to space). The bedrooms and beds were great and the backyard was nice for ...

„Loved everything “

„This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.“

„What a perfect perfect place!! Cute, quaint, perfectly appointed! AND coffee!! We just love our little bungalow. After being kicked out of our previous rental a day early(hmm I thought March had 31 days) Marlon was kind enough and had availability a day early! Bless his heart! Mini golf was a hoot!! Relaxed and enjoyed the property, and the local restaurants! Absolutely a perfect place! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!“

Personal ist leider nicht qualiziert und nicht im geringsten kundenfreundlich: Check-in dauerte wegen eines Abrechnungsproblems mit Expedia mehr als 90 Minuten; Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit trotz Vorauszahlung nicht gewährt; keinerlei Entgegenkommen des unerfahrenen Personals am Frontdesk. Frühstück ist à la Carte und überteuert, wenn nicht "inklusive". "

"Wir haben$500 bezahlt. Der Boden war schon schmutzig als wir eingecheckt haben. Das Zimmer wurde in unserem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht, noch gab es frische Handtücher zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Wir empfehlen, dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle zu vermeiden. "
