„We came to hunt spring turkey on nearby public land. So the outdoorsy theme was right up our alley. There was plenty of places for us to sleep, an awesome kitchen furnished with everything we needed and an ice machine to boot. The internet wasn't very good for us, but think it was having issues. You can see the Ohio river not far away out the front door. We'll be back!“

„My family wanted a quiet place in the garden of the gods for our familys Girls Birthday Retreat(mother me and daughter all within a week). This place is like home away from home plus some. Has room for the whole family. Full kitchen and a game room! A hot tub for max relaxing. r Rockers for good ole porch sitting sessions. A fire pit grill and a gorgeous yard with a view to boot. Everything worked save the jucuzzi in the master bath but that might have been a user error. With the space view ...

„Cozy, charming home that is well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were fantastic. The Ice cream shop had incredible treats, and the staff was very friendly. We would absolutely stay in The Chestnut house again! Thank you for the extended stay offer as well. Unfortunately, we had to get back to work. “

„The property was very nice and clean everything you need was provided just bring food and relax . We hunted in the day and came back fixed lunch and watched T V was nice and warm even with it 12 outside in morning . Great place to come relax and just get away .we will be back again.“
