„My best friend and I chose Sandstone for our annual girls trip this past Labor Day weekend. While the dirt road was semi terrifying to get there, once we arrived, we had an amazing time. The space was perfect for wine drinking and self-care we planned to do. The rain changed our plans to use the fire pit, but even with the rain we still say outside for tea. Thank you to Cheryl and Derrick! You were very communicative and made the process very easy and enjoyable!“

„Very clean. Disappointed they didn’t have breakfast as their ads said the restaurant opened at 9:00 for breakfast. “

„We absolutely love this cabin. It is very secluded and quiet. We have been staying here for a few years now, and the cabin is very well taken care of and always looks/operates the same as it did the year before. The cabin is cute, cozy and clean inside. However, the outdoor area is the reason we keep returning. We spend most of our time outside when we stay here.We love the hot tub and watching movies on the outdoor tv. Our dogs love it just as much as we do. We cant wait to stay next year! “

„Pros: If you are a writer, artist, avid reader or just need a solitary vacation this is a perfect home. The kitchen is very well outfitted for preparing meals and the gas grill outside is large. There is a screened in porch with a picnic table for eating or painting outside the kitchen. There is a mown path down to the river for easy access. The MB has a very comfortable bed. „This is a private cabin that gives you your own section of Shavers Fork of the Cheat River. Very clean and well set up upon arrival. Nice deck out back facing the stream. Hot tub was at a good temperature for us. We would come back. Good central location to explore Monongahela Park. “

"Das Hotel ist sehr alt und abgewohnt. Der Service im Restaurant war schlecht. Am überfüllten Pool gab es keinen Service. Zu wenig Liegen und zu wenig Tücher. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, man kann jedes Wort von den Nachbarzimmern mithören. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung."
