„We had a awesome time but the only is was unable to adjust the heat and the cabin was freezing. Finally the host responded after trying to contact him and he unlock the thermostat in order to turn the heat up.After that we had a awesome time. The home is beautiful and accommodated all our needs. “

„The house pictured is not the one we stayed in; storm damage made it uninhabitable the day before our check in, owner offered to change locations, and glad we did. We stayed in White House Ranch. If you want to “get away” from the rat race, this is your place. Tranquil location with cows & horses coming to greet you. Home was immaculate, kitchen lacked a couple of things, but Nancy, the housekeeper, went to store & purchased necessary items & delivered them right away. We enjoyed our stay.“

The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you would need and also included extra garbage bags, cooking spices, paper towels and even dog treats for our pets. The cabin was very comfortable and very clean. The communication before, during and after our stay was outstanding. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the Pine Mountain area. “

„A nice farmhouse with character, but I did not know it was in the middle of a pasture that has been used frequently by horses and cows. Watch your step! Once the repairs and upgrades are made, it will be an above-average VRBO, and we would consider coming back. The owners live nearby and responded quickly to my concerns. “

„The house is neat and tidy, and the homeowner is welcoming, friendly, helpful, and responsive. Very peaceful street with little traffic and a large yard for dogs and kids to explore. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you'll need. The home is conveniently located to some cute towns that were fun to explore.“

„Our stay was wonderful. The property was perfect for us. Very comfortable and especially enjoyed the starlit sky each evening. Our host were very easy to work with and had all amenities ready on site. We will return!“

„The property was as listed online. The cabin was very clean and quaint! It is a very quiet location. We enjoyed just being in nature. It is very close to Warm Springs and the Little White House which is a very interesting piece of history to visit. Kim was very prompt to answer any questions and concerns we had!“

„Great little hideaway that is very close to FDR state park and Pine Mountain. Only issue was acorns dropping on the metal roofs LOL! We would definitely come back!“

„We found the Rustic Star to be exactly as advertised and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. It is very convenient to FDR State Park, Warm Springs, and Pine Mountain/Callaway Gardens. We had a couple of needs arise during our stay and the managers were easy to reach and responded to our request. We would definitely recommend the Rustic Star. The location was convenient and easy to find, but not quite as secluded as we had hoped. “

„This house is such a quaint place and so comfortable! Our family enjoyed the place as a relaxing place to unwind and spend time together. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean! While the kitchen is small, we were able to fix all of our meals there with no problems. Check in is extremely easy and while we had no issues, the owner is easy to reach if the need should arise.
