„I recently stayed at the hotel for 15 days and had a generally good experience. The room was clean and tidy throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining it. Luciana, the cleaner, was especially friendly and responsible, which added to the positive experience. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. It would be more considerate to provide an instruction card for the laundry machine. Additionally, the shower pressure was weaker than I expected. ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at Well Cottage. The quaint little house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal in the centre of the village, but at the same time completely quiet. Dawn, together with her mother, quickly takes care of all the guests' concerns and emergencies. „The Railway View carriage was just delightful! It is small but perfectly set up. Not much storage for clothing but we managed. Perhaps a few more hooks to hang things would be useful. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee necessities after our long drive. We didn't want to leave!!“

"Ich hatte gleich am ersten Tag erwähnt das mein Zimmer sehr laut war ,wohl irgendeine Lüftung auf dem Dach. Man wollte sich darum kümmern es ist aber nichts passiert. Ich hoffe das ich beim Aufenthalt nächste Woche nictht wieder das gleiche Zimmer bekomme."

"Das Hotel ist nett und bietet 24Std. Spiel-Ess-und Trinkspass an. Leider waren die Zimmer im Haus Reading etwas warm, Klimaanlage zeigte keine Wirkung und die Fenster konnten nur minimalst geöffnet werden. Zudem war der Frühstücksbereich um 08.00 etwas überfordert. Tassen, Besteck, Teller fehlten erst mal es wurde aber bemüht und letztlich erfolgreich Abhilfe geschaffen. Ingesamt nicht schlecht aber die könnten noch besser sein"
