„Eines der Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und war sehr dunkel. Zudem wurden die Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nie gereinigt. Das Frühstück bestand aus einer Auswahl an Sandwiches, die auf Papptellern serviert wurden. Toll jedoch war, dass die Sandwiches auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet wurden. Hinter der Reception gibt es sowas wie kleine Stände (Pizzeria, Bierstand etc.). Während des gesamten Aufenthalts waren diese jedoch nir geöffnet, so dass es eher trostlos wirkte. „The accommodations are perfect - The location is ideal - we visited Cali for 5 days and within an 8 square block area we tried 12 different restaurants- ( and there were many more that we didn’t get to explore) — all with great food and super friendly service! The people at the front desk were amazing- the rooftop pool was very clean and relaxing - we had excellent weather - Communication with the host was very easy and prompt. „Everything was very clean and as described. Juan came very quickly when we needed a crib set up and explained how to use a few of the features. He was very responsive with questions leading up to the trip and even contacted us regarding something we accidentally left in the house. Really above and beyond.“

Safe and quiet area (unless weekends get together in the neighboring areas, it is the city after all) The apartment is spacious and clean. Every question I had was answered very quickly in a very polite and respectful way. “

"Hidden gem in San Antonio neighborhood. The staff is great (especially Jonathan)the location is very good, the breakfast is as good as what you order, ie you have to ask for specifics but a lot of options. Loved all the fresh fruit and vegetarian options also for dinner. Very ready to accommodate. We stayed 4 nights. Our 2nd floor room had a beautiful view to the courtyard-not much privacy if you pull up all the blinds/curtains as the courtyard restaurant is very well frequented (and romantic). Very positive overall experience. Would recommend."
