„We enjoyed a nice long weekend stay and were able to bring our boat and our dog. Nice parking with plenty of room for our trailer, our car and a guests car when needed. The public boat launch is only 10 minutes away. The cottage is dated but has a nice updated bathroom downstairs. Only a queen bed in the small downstairs bedroom made it kinda tight. The ceiling fan needed cleaned. Turned it and leading edge dust buildup blew on the bed. The stairs going to the upstairs bedrooms were small and ...

„We spent about a week at this lake house and it was so nice how thoughtful the owners are with items they left from seasonings and coffee in the kitchen to endless games for rainy days and my kids absolutely loved the paddleboard and kayak! We did rent the pontoon which ran very smoothly and was a lovely way to see the lake. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Todd was very easy to get ahold of and a great Host.i highly recommend staying here and hope to be back next year! “

„Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time.“

„We enjoyed our stay and having a view of the ocean. A short walk to water was great even though we were having winter at the time of our stay. Some of us also enjoyed the hot tub experience and or just lounging in basement. We had our kids and grandkids there and we all want to be back for the summer months. “

„Property was in outstanding shape! Very clean and well decorated. Had all the kitchen utensils needed and stocked with blankets and towels. Spa was phenomenal as was the entire property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in South Haven.“

„The house is big with lots of room. There were 4 couples and 5 kids in our group. We each had our own space to spread out. It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. We had room to play family games, one night we grilled, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our fur baby. We were able to walk to South Beach and shopping. The house was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a large group.“

„Our stay at this home was exactly what we’d hoped for! The location is perfect, with access to the lake, main roads, and great walking options along the lake. The home is clean and a perfect size for the 4 of us. The owner, Jerry, was available and quickly replied. He also provides so many items in the kitchen/home; it’s like he thought of everything! 😊 Free wifi and TV streaming options made the teenagers happy. Can’t recommend this enough. We’ll be back!“

„Perfectly located to everything downtown South Haven. But if you just want to hang, this place has everything including a heated pool, hot tube and two movie rooms. Our grand kids thought Papa & Grandma were the best staying at this property- great memories.“

„Friday morning while setting in the living room a young man showed up driving a dark colored car walked up sees my car looks in window sees a 12year old girl setting on the couch and without knocking proceeded to unlock the door and tried to enter. I stopped him but he kept saying he was there to check the plumbing. This is not acceptable. He had the codes and could enter at any time. I won't be staying again“
