„This is my second stay at this beautiful and well-maintained property. There was plenty of space for my party of seven and plenty of amenities to preoccupy us when we weren't on the golf course. The pool water is clean and crisp making for a refreshing plunge after a day in the sun. The house is located within a tranquil cove of Lake Oconee making time on the dock quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!“

„The hobbit house is very unique as it makes you feel your in the real place. Although it looks like you would expect it to, inside the amenities are great. From the decor & spa tub to everything you need in the kitchen this place is amazing. This was our 2nd time staying here & hopefully there will be a next time. Also a great place for our dog as well. „Set in a quiet area north of Augusta perfect for a 3 week stay. Very well presented inside and out the house has a very homely feeling. The kitchen has everything thing you need to prepare meals big and small. The ensuite bathroom spacious with a good walk-in shower and bath. The rear garden is private with plenty of comfortable seats to enjoy the evening. Well worth booking when visiting Augusta“

„This is our 3rd year staying at the Lizard Sniffer. It is always very clean and peaceful. We love being able to walk the trails on their land and this year they let us use a golf cart to see even more of the trails. We also rode their horses which was a huge plus. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We will be back next year for our annual trip. “

„Tiana and Patrick the owners are so gracious and wonderful !!! The wedding cottage was decorated lovely , private . We had two grandmothers who loved the rocking chairs in the porch and our 9 year old loved playing in the stream on the property . Our cat and dog loved the space as well ! This truly is a Jewell ! We will return . “

„Five stars for High Meadows Cottage. It was perfect for my short visit to the Grovetown area. The cottage was tastefully decorated, offered everything needed for temporary lodging, and was very clean. Its location provided a relaxing, private atmosphere, and was conveniently located to restaurants, recreational facilities, stores, etc. I would definitely lodge at Hight Meadows Cottage again.“
