„Property was very clean and well kept. Just the right size for what we needed. We only had one issue. We could not find a broom and dust pan. We wanted to sweep up some debris from the trees we drug in our shoes but couldn’t find a broom. Was a great place and would stay again. “

„Our stay was during the middle of the week and we had the lake to ourselves. The cabin is remote with no major roads or traffic noise, but other cabins nearby. It was a perfect relaxing getaway.“

„Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short overnight during a road trip. Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)“

„The loft and the property were so beautiful. Everything we needed was already there! Comfy and cozy. Only a 25 minute drive from the Bristol Motor Speedway. Perfect little getaway!“

„The cabin was out in the countryside. It was back off the road. Quiet and peaceful. One side had a view of the peaceful countryside and mountains. The other side was a view of the forest and the river. “

„No disappointments. Beautiful rustic/historic cabin over a pond. Hosts were there to greet us, gave us homemade treats, explained the history of the property, and were just fantastic people. Loved walking the farm—especially the week old Buffalo. Felt like finding a Diamond. Loved this stay! Slept great!“

„I was with a college group and we had a blast staying here. The property is beautiful and displays a stunning sunset. It was perfect for a game night and large group meals. The parking lot is very spacious. We only have a few gripes, but they weren't deal“

„Great location on the watauga River in a country setting. Unique cabin, with Everything needed for our stay. Enjoyed a relaxing evening by the outdoor fire pit. Will likely stay there again next year. There are also two new mini-splits which made it very comfortable when the overnight temp dipped into the low 30’s “
