„We stayed here for a basketball tournament with a couple other families. This place is perfect! The adults enjoyed the spacious upstairs and the girls relaxed downstairs on the huge couch and outdoor screened in porch. Beautiful home!“

„My husband and I took our son to tour the University. This location was super convenient walking distance to campus and to restaurants etc. It was clean and just the right space. We decided to uber to the baseball stadium as it was a 45 min walk, but that was easy as well. You can hear the trains, but we slept well overall for being downtown. “

„The home I rented was very nice and comfortable. There was some minor issues that I addressed with the property owner and she was very responsive and addressed the issue very satisfactorily. She was an excellent hostess and very attentive to our concerns. I world highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a place to stay in the Springdale, Ar area.“

„Great location, nice neighbors and easy access to all things downtown Fayetteville! Check-in was a little wonky for a few minutes trying to determine the code to check-in but the host was quickly accessible and responsive! Anytime I had a question or issue, the host was “on it” — no complaints with engagement and response from host throughout entire stay! Bed was super comfy and bathroom is tiny, but overall ideal space size for an individual there for a short timeframe. I certainly recommend ...

„Our stay was wonderful. The house looked exactly as it does featured on the site. My only complaint is the clealiness of the kitchen. The appliances could have been wiped down better. The floors,fridge and countertops weren't clean. Overall our stay was pleasant and the property managers are so kind and wecoming.“
