„Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. ...

„great location and walking distance to a lot of places. BUT we felt like we were staying in someone's house who packed up and left for the weekend. It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. We didn't use the upstairs bathroom because the shower was so moldy. There were personal items left in the bathroom drawers and the fidge had open food and there was ...

„Stayed one night for girls state wrestling tournament! House was as described and very clean and cozy. Bakery treats were delicious, thanks! Only suggestion i would make is blinds or room darkening curtains for bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!“

„Visited our daughter in Iowa City and the house provided a great place for the whole family to spend time together. Including our dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and Coralville. We were able to park two cars in the garage which came in handy when the temperature dropped below zero.“

„We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet location, beautiful home. We ate in town at Back Berner, food was delicious! We hope to stay here in the future! Thank you! “

„We really liked the place- nice modern apartment in a great location with a small balcony. Many restaurants nearby that we like, and underground pkg was easy. Wished they had a small dresser in the closet to unpack clothes and directions for the tv/ but we figured it out- definitely recommend! “

„Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. We made it work, but worth noting if you are like me and just assumed there is a kitchen! It's really more like a glorified hotel suite than what I think of as a ...

„Our family gathered together with their families at this beautiful house in the woods of Iowa City. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, we were wonderfully surprised by the well stocked items in the kitchen and availability to use and enjoy everything that was inside for us use as well. Then outside.. ponds trees and to be able to walk about and enjoy all the surrounding areas! The host was very accommodating to us as well!“

„We stayed in the winter and had one small issue arise. The owners were prompt with communications and the issue was quickly resolved. We were there with the plan to relax for a weekend. It was perfect for what we needed and would love to visit while the lavender fields are in bloom. “

"Nice hotel in downtown Iowa City. The most reasonably priced Hyatt I have ever stayed at. Great room on top floor of high rise building. Great bed, great bathroom and shower… Breakfast also very nice… the only draw back is that parking costs extra. But in this town… parking is expensive anywhere downtown,"
