„Spacious, clean and stylish property. Excellent and helpful communication with the host. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and crockery. Washing machine and dryer were also very handy. Air con worked very well. Really enjoyable stay.“

„The views were amazing. Property was minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We left out keys in the unit and management responded quickly to meet us and let us in. Very clean and comfortable. We can't wait to come back next year! Thank you Gabriel!“

„Ich habe hier neun Tage verbracht und mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Check in verlief einwandfrei. Das Zimmer ist im 10. Stockwerk, so dass man eine schöne Aussicht hat. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ein Schrankbett so bequem ist. Die Küche enthielt alles, was man braucht, inklusive Backofen und Gefrierschrank. Zum Bondi-Beach sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 min und mit den vor der Tür gelegenen Bussen zur Stadt ca. 45 min. Ich kann den Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen.“

„We had a great stay - the house was fantastic as we all had our own space and the location was excellent within walking distance to the beach and the shops Would highly recommend that you advise guests that if you have a car to arrange a parking permit with The Waverley Council as street parking is very expensive Also please note that the bins were full and on the street and the neighbours were not happy about this and we had a visit from The Waverley Council on this “

„Clean, close to the beach and plenty of eating and bars around.It could do with a fan in the main area as there are no windows to open and it was quite hot and sticky, I opened the entry door to let air in, Otherwise a great little place to stay. “

„This is a great place with outstanding views in a very good location. The building has seen better days, and there are 3 floors of narrow stairs to negotiate. If you have concerns about that, you should be aware. The place has been renovated nicely, but it is not as nice as in the pictures - nothing major but wear and tear - sofa and chairs are a little less inviting. Everything works, the views are great, and this is really great value1“

„Beautiful apartment with all the needed amenities. Perfect location. Hosts were friendly and provided all the information needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.“

„We loved the location, right in the middle of all the action with the beach a 5 minute walk. The Cafe Bikini was "The" place to be, which was just downstairs! The apartment is newly remodeled with a washer and dryer. Bed being in the corner of the small bedroom not so great but a closet with shelves was a plus. We took the bus all over Sydney so the convenience of a bus stop right down the street was fantastic. If you want to have fun choose this place.“

„The top floor of a home in a quiet residential area, very pleasant welcoming owners. It was in easy reach of both Bondi and Rose Bay, about 20 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, light and airy. Parking nearby. “

"I liked the area close to Bondi Beach The Baxley is relatively new or recently refurbished But was terrible was the size of the room, booked a single , ie. not more than 12 sm like I’m a prison cell. You couldn’t open a piece of luggage!! The insulation in terms of noise between the rooms is miserable. I heard any move the neighbors did, so without ear plogs impossible to have a decent sleep."
