„Easy access and good location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom and shower clean and good. Kitchen well equipped but could use some new cutlery and pots. Sofa in living area not really comfortable and mattresses felt quite worn. It did get quite hot in the flat every day - luckily there were 2 functioning fans.“

„I recently stayed at the hotel for 15 days and had a generally good experience. The room was clean and tidy throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining it. Luciana, the cleaner, was especially friendly and responsible, which added to the positive experience. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. It would be more considerate to provide an instruction card for the laundry machine. Additionally, the shower pressure was weaker than I expected. ...

„The flat was absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and spaceous, at least in the living room. The beds were a tad small for 2 people but comfy. Sadly, the bathrooms need a little bit of work. They are both impeccably clean and you feel right at home but in the smaller bathroom the shower handle on the door was ripped off and in the bigger one the pipe of the shower head was leaking causing a bit of a mess on the floor each time you were in the shower. However, we really enjoyed our 5 night stay as 3 ...

Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area ...

„I think it would be very good to provide an actual street address that includes written directions or, at least, a photo with a recognizable landmark to show "lodging is here" with an arrow. Our GPS kept putting us 1 block over and it wasn't until flagging down a passer by, who happened to also rent in a Charles Hope building, that we found what we needed after a 2-hour search.“

"Hotel ist perfekt gelegen für einen Zwischenstop bzw. bei frühem Abflug vom Flughafen in Gatwick - vom Nordterminal nur einen kurzen Gang getrennt. Einfaches Frühstück im zweckmäßigen, aber sehr einfachen Frühstücksraum bereits ab den frühen Morgenstunden. Zimmer sehr einfach und sauber."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Eigentlich war mein gebuchtes Zimmer nur über Treppen erreichbar, da ich aber vier Tage vorher eine Fußverletzung erlitt, war ein Treppensteigen fast unmöglich. Es wurde sich sehr bemüht, ein Zimmer zu ebener Erde zu finden, da das Hotel fast ausgebucht war. Aber ich bekam ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Nebengebäude, welches auch wirklich zauberhaft war. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Gesamtes Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung"

"Das positive sind eine TOP Dusche mit richtig viel Wasser in einem renovierten Bad, sowie ein In-House Pub mit brauchbaren Angeboten und noch vertretbaren Preisen. Vom Bahnhof in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Taxi 10 Min zu LDN Gatwick für ca. 18 Pfund. Die Teppiche gehören dringend mal ausgetauscht."

"Das Hotel ist nett und bietet 24Std. Spiel-Ess-und Trinkspass an. Leider waren die Zimmer im Haus Reading etwas warm, Klimaanlage zeigte keine Wirkung und die Fenster konnten nur minimalst geöffnet werden. Zudem war der Frühstücksbereich um 08.00 etwas überfordert. Tassen, Besteck, Teller fehlten erst mal es wurde aber bemüht und letztlich erfolgreich Abhilfe geschaffen. Ingesamt nicht schlecht aber die könnten noch besser sein"
