„Easy access and good location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom and shower clean and good. Kitchen well equipped but could use some new cutlery and pots. Sofa in living area not really comfortable and mattresses felt quite worn. It did get quite hot in the flat every day - luckily there were 2 functioning fans.“

„Went over with my dad for a football match and to catch up with old friends. Property was fantastic and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and in a great location. Already booked again to go back. “

They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. „The flat was absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and spaceous, at least in the living room. The beds were a tad small for 2 people but comfy. Sadly, the bathrooms need a little bit of work. They are both impeccably clean and you feel right at home but in the smaller bathroom the shower handle on the door was ripped off and in the bigger one the pipe of the shower head was leaking causing a bit of a mess on the floor each time you were in the shower. "Super mit dem Restaurant, dem Frühstück und dem ruhigen, sauberen Zimmer. Das wirklich einzige, mit Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist, die Beleuchtung im Bad war subotima, d.h. das Schminken war nicht so einfach ;-)"

"Hotel ist perfekt gelegen für einen Zwischenstop bzw. bei frühem Abflug vom Flughafen in Gatwick - vom Nordterminal nur einen kurzen Gang getrennt. Einfaches Frühstück im zweckmäßigen, aber sehr einfachen Frühstücksraum bereits ab den frühen Morgenstunden. Zimmer sehr einfach und sauber."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Eigentlich war mein gebuchtes Zimmer nur über Treppen erreichbar, da ich aber vier Tage vorher eine Fußverletzung erlitt, war ein Treppensteigen fast unmöglich. Es wurde sich sehr bemüht, ein Zimmer zu ebener Erde zu finden, da das Hotel fast ausgebucht war. Aber ich bekam ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Nebengebäude, welches auch wirklich zauberhaft war. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Gesamtes Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung"

"Das Hotel ist nett und bietet 24Std. Spiel-Ess-und Trinkspass an. Leider waren die Zimmer im Haus Reading etwas warm, Klimaanlage zeigte keine Wirkung und die Fenster konnten nur minimalst geöffnet werden. Zudem war der Frühstücksbereich um 08.00 etwas überfordert. Tassen, Besteck, Teller fehlten erst mal es wurde aber bemüht und letztlich erfolgreich Abhilfe geschaffen. Ingesamt nicht schlecht aber die könnten noch besser sein"
