„We stayed two nights. King and queen bed were comfy. Bathroom is small but totally adequate. Kitchen is ok, fridge is small, needs a few baking items. Location is very good. Kids loved the arcade games and bumper pool.Definitely unique and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.“

„I took my dad fishing at Rend Lake. The cabins are located right next to the boat ramp. They have everything you need as far as cabins go.“

„Needed to get away for a mental health break. This is a lovely property near Rend Lake. The house is well maintained and comfortable. We had a nice, peaceful and relaxed time. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for some time to visit the lake. My only suggestions, would be to add a digital antenna to get the local channels, we wanted to see local news to follow the weather and see some morning shows that we keep up with. “

„The property was just as advertised. Very spacious living area, great kitchen, 6 of us stayed so we used 3 of the bedrooms, and the 2 1/2 baths were great too!! Looks like they are working on the deck and dock area, should be very nice to enjoy on better weather days - too cold now for thin blooded people from the south. Thanks for a great stay!!!“

„Ric was a great host and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. I was surprised how nice the house is for a hunting cabin. My husband, myself, and 2 dogs stayed at the house, and it was completely setup with everything we needed. The cost of this place is the same as some area rentals that have less space and land. We will definitely be booking again with Ric!“

„Wr had a wonderful time. The house was so spacious we could spread out and not feel like we were piled on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood in a small town, but we spent a day in St. Louis, only an hour or so away. And the eclipse, what a bonus! We had a great family trip, and the house size and location was a big part of our great ...

„Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room.“
