„The house is clean and well-equipped. It’s a bit dim due to warm lighting but not very bright in the living room. The TV isn’t working properly, but we didn’t need it, so we didn’t ask the host. Overall, a comfortable stay!“

„Do not stay at this location. I paid in full to stay for one night and the host messaged me after the fact that I could not stay. I had to call VRBO for 3 days to get my refund underway. Do not stay here you will just lose your money.“

„This property was great. My Family (36 people) comfortably stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed all of the amenities. The gym, pool, smores, fishing and kayaking were highlights of the trip. The host was very responsive and the onsite hmanager (Benny) was absolutely great. Overall great stay!“

„The property is located in a new quiet neighborhood with a playground and walking path nearby. The house was clean and had almost everything we needed for our 3 night stay. I wanted an enclosed backyard so my children could play outside. The backyard was grassy and large enough to run around a bit. There's several security cameras on the property including 2 in the backyard. Knowing the opportunity was there to watch and record my little ones as they played on the back porch and yard made ...

„This was a great place to stay for a few days on short notice. The host is very responsive and everything was fine with the house.“

„Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although we did have some minor issues, the host always responded quickly to any of our concerns and promptly corrected them. If we are ever in the Katy, TX area again, we would gladly re-book this property.“

„This cute little house was exactly as the pictures showed. Decorated so cute and very roomy. The only negative I have is there were several broken windows, taped up, broken blinds and the yard and landscape was very unkept.“
