„We enjoyed our stay in this home! The pictures are accurate! Communication with the owners is good. Check in was simple. We were there in December and they had Christmas decorations up, even a tree! It was a very nice touch! The kitchen was especially well equipped which I really appreciated! The outdoor area was nice with the large yard, a fire pit and tether ball. „Perfect for a vacation!Great location, clean property, kitchenette, and comfy bed!The only downside was that the hot tub was not working but we knew that they were doing construction.Would definitely stay here again!“

„I stayed here for two nights. The place is very clean and quiet. Be careful of the stairs though. The check in instruction could be a little more brief and direct. The area seems abandoned and right by the highway, making it very scary at night. “

„The apartment is clean and in a great neighbourhood in San Antonio’s Southtown / King William district. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available to reach by foot (for example the Guenther house with amazing breakfast just a 5 min walk away). Check in was super easy and if there were any questions we could text the owners and get a super fast reply. „There were a few bumps with this one. Cleaning staff forgot to make sure key was in lockbox for us, had to wait awhile to get in. Couldn't get upstairs AC units to work, but they randomly started during in the night. Owner was very responsive to problems. Decor is very unique and cool! Car bumpers on wall, old car pictures, industrial style.“

„There were 8 of us that stayed and we found the roominess very comfortable. It was cold outside during our stay but the house was very warm. We thought we didn't have hot water in a few sinks but the plumbing was switched so ended up having plenty of hot water. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.“

„The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. We had travelers from all corners of Texas and this home was centrally located. Very spacious for our group. Large tables for meeting and planning sessions. Large kitchen for cooking for a large group. The host stopped by to see if we needed anything and was very helpful with a few questions we had. „It was located as described making getting around San Antonio easy. The house had everything we needed. We decided to eat in one dinner based on the kitchen condition and stocking. Back yard was a bonus. Parking inside the back gate overnight was great for feeling secure. Definitely would stay here again. “

„The unit was very spacious and nicely furnished, with a beautiful view of the Comal River. Good kitchen with full-size appliances. Very nice bathrooms with walk-in showers. The parking area was well-protected. And a herd of deer wandered around the neighborhood! The only negative was the stairs—they are extremely steep and poorly designed, especially for someone like me, with mobility issues. “

„This place is exactly as advertised. It’s so cute! It has all of the amenities you could need during your stay. The host gives very clear instructions for both check in and check out so there is not confusion. The host also responds quickly to messages. It’s steps from the river walk and the main plaza. „We got off to a rather rough start. Flights were delayed because of snow on the east coast and we arrive close to midnight. The property has two gates with keypads and we spent a long time punching the code into the wrong one. We called and with the aid of videos, pictures, and texts finally figured out what was wrong and got access. Lovely place and neighborhood. "Die Lage ist hervorragend, fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Alamo, Tower of the Americas, Riverwalk, Downtown etc. ) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer sind exzellent, im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig, das Frühstück war toll und das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sollten wir wieder nach San Antonio kommen, was aufgrund der Begeisterung, die diese Stadt und ihre Bewohner in uns ausgelöst haben, nicht unwahrscheinlich ist, so kommt kein anderes Hotel in Frage!!!"

"Man kann in 15 Minuten in der Stadt sein, wenn man die Hauptstraße entlang geht. Etwas länger aber dafür viel schöner ist der Weg entlang des Riverwalks. Gegenüber des Hotels ist ein exzellenter Supermarkt, sehr gute Pizza, die wir im Zimmer gegessen haben. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, das Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Wir würden es wieder buchen."

"Je trouve dommage que la piscine ne soit pas entretenue.. pendant m Nos 2jours pas possible de se baigner malgré les 32-34 degré. Beaucoup trop de saleté. Au prix des chambres et services ne faire le ménage que tous les 3 j si on reste 4j c est unpeu limite... Nous étions 3 Pers. Et après deux jours pas de produit de douche et a court de papier toilette..."
