„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cavendish House. It’s was clean and very comfy. We were definitely not disappointed! Added bonus of an off street parking space and a 2 minute walk to the castle and town made it the perfect choice. Communication from Chris was great and he couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thank you for having us we will definitely return. “

„Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. “

„We opted to stay in Windsor, as opposed to downtown London on our last night in the UK. This property has an ideal location, right across from Windsor Castle. It has a gated entrance to the courtyard, with two locks on the main door to property. We felt very safe. Nice size rooms. It was a perfect commute for Heathrow. Lots of dining options with multiple pubs. “

„We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience “

„Family and friend gathering. 9 adults over 50 years old. We enjoyed being on the Themes and spent our time outside. The house is not meant for that many adults even though it has 5 bedrooms. Many of the beds were too short and one room is clearly a children’s room. The place needs some TLC on furniture, rugs, beds (sag in middle) and outdoor cleanliness…lots of spider webs. But that also adds to the charm. Things to note. One room has up and down steps to bathroom and a very narrow opening. We ...

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Eigentlich war mein gebuchtes Zimmer nur über Treppen erreichbar, da ich aber vier Tage vorher eine Fußverletzung erlitt, war ein Treppensteigen fast unmöglich. Es wurde sich sehr bemüht, ein Zimmer zu ebener Erde zu finden, da das Hotel fast ausgebucht war. Aber ich bekam ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Nebengebäude, welches auch wirklich zauberhaft war. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Gesamtes Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung"

"Tolle Lage! Kostenlos parkieren. Älteres Haus, alles ist schief. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer. Die Böden knarren laut... du kannst nur hoffen, dass deine Nachbarn nicht zu spät heimkommen und herumlaufen. Frühstück ok."
