„We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. „My 17 yr old son and I enjoyed a wonderful time here. Our hosts were gracious. Even helped us get the fire pit going to roast our hotdogs! The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. My nephew spent one night and our host was okay with it, we just paid à fee and then all was set. We will definitely stay here each time we go to Texas to visit our family “

The noise from the parking lot just outside my window was considerable, from the emptying of a dumpster at 6:30 am to the 1 am passing of one of the many freight trains on the track just the other side of the parking lot. „All of the appliances worked well and there were plenty of dishes and silverware. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and the blankets were insufficient. It would be great to have a chair in each of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, we had rainy, cool weather and didn’t get to enjoy the pool and grounds. “

„Location is very convenient to downtown and near Southside. Andrew is a great host and responds promptly to questions. Will stay here again!“

„This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also ...

„Food from prior guest left in fridge. Bed sheets were dirty. Appeared to be seeds of some sort like bird seed. Very odd. “

„Very nice house with great pool and hot top! Very roomy. Large dining area. All in all very good. Check in and out very easy. Some kitchen utensils could be added / renewed. The outside bar at the barbeque is a bit run down and there is no water, but this was no problem.“

„We needed somewhere local to stay while visiting family in the Fort Worth area and this house is situated closely to the main highways which made it easy to come and go. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The little patio was a nice addition for our dog. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. “

„We had friends and family coming in from multiple locations and this was a perfect gathering for us all. Lots of bedrooms so each family got their own space. Owners were very quick to respond to any question i had. We had no issues for the weand thoroughly enjoyed the location. Right on the lake.“

"Located right next to the Water Gardens the hotel is a good starting point to explore Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square is only a few minutes away. To the Stockyards it's a 10min drive. Our room was very spacious and clean. However WiFi is only complementary for members which you would not expect for the room rates you pay."
