„We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. “

„Easy access and good location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Bathroom and shower clean and good. Kitchen well equipped but could use some new cutlery and pots. Sofa in living area not really comfortable and mattresses felt quite worn. It did get quite hot in the flat every day - luckily there were 2 functioning fans.“

„My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. „We were very disappointed. The house was very dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, even in the kitchen cupboards. The flush of the toilet worked only sometimes. Very unaapetizung with five people. Never again!“

"Insgesamt etwas renovierungbedürftig, aber in Ordnung. Besonders angenehm fand ich das im Einzelzimmer ein recht breites Bett zur Verfügung stand. Das Frühstück ist typisch englisch, also nicht zu viel erwarten, wobei auch für den deutschen Geschmack, sogar Nutella und das geht ja bekanntlich immer. 😉 Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Durch die direkt am Hotel befindlichen Bushaltestellen ist man sehr schnell sowohl am Flughafen als auch an anderen Zielen in London."

"Da wir kein Englisch sprechen haben wir uns mit dem Google Translator geholfen. Klappte wunderbar in ganz. London. Unterkunft war angenehm mit Fernseher und deutschen Sendern. Sauberes Badezimmer und täglich gereinigt.Hotel ist z.b. mit den Bus 423 von Heathrow Terminal 5 bequem erreichbar."
