„Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This ...

„The property is on the perfect location, right on the heart of the city centre and the train station. But there were loud noises, music and people shouting from 11pm to 4am both days we were staying there. The windows are not sealed very well that it made it impossible to sleep. “

„It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two.“

„We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. “

„Would not recommend. The apartment we were allocated did not have the room / beds confguration as per the photos on the Expedia website. Various apartments were described as Elite and Deluxe but all the photos were just jumbled up. Robindoor.com managed the check in. A few days before arrival they demanded a security deposit and photo ID of all the people staying at the apartment (including my children of 16 and 13) or they would not allow us to check in by not releasing the entry door code and ...

Sofa in living area not really comfortable and mattresses felt quite worn. It did get quite hot in the flat every day - luckily there were 2 functioning fans.“

"Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Bus 423 zum Flughafen sehr nah (14 Minuten). Da wir früh morgens geflogen sind war dieses ein perfektes Hotel. Beim Frühstück gab es Auswahl, die uns geschmeckt hat. Klare Hotelempfehlung."

"Very nice hotel if you need to stay near the airport. Staff was very friendly, the design was modern, everything was exceptionally clean and the included breakfast was good. Also the ability to reach it without a bus or a vehicle is great - you simply walk the link bridge for like 5 minutes from Terminal 4 and you're there, even if you carry your baggage with you. Would definitely book again!"
